Dudley Vets4Pets Ltd is described on its website as a locally owned Vets4Pets practice that is taking new clients, with out-of-hours emergencies routed to Vets Now Birmingham. The clinic appears set up for a wide range of routine and more advanced work (in-house lab testing, imaging such as ultrasound and echocardiography, and dentistry including dental X-ray), alongside facilities like a hospital ward and isolation unit.
From the latest reviews available to us, experiences are mixed: some owners describe very supportive handling of end-of-life situations (including “small things” done after a pet’s death), while others report dissatisfaction with how a kitten neutering appointment was handled and one review alleges severe consequences after a visit. Pricing is also a decision point for some reviewers, with one long-term client noting a rise from about £48 to nearly £60 and describing the clinic as more expensive than other options.
Services and capabilities mentioned on the clinic website include
4.4 stars from 533 reviews. - Bereavement support is specifically praised in one detailed account, including handling “the whole process” after a pet’s death and thoughtful follow-up actions.

I bought my cat around 2021 to this place. The staff or whatever u call these ppl were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. After a couple of days my cat PASSED AWAY because of these unprofessional and honestly horrible ppl!!! 😡😡😡💔💔 My family were in tears when they found out that our Beautiful Cat died couple of days after this unhelpful visit day after my birthday as well 3nd January 2022!!! 💔💔 She was feeling very low and u could see something wasn't right, she slept under the sofa and didn't want to even go and play and barely ate her food. She even vommited couple of times around Christmas. She never felt this low after this terrible visit. Our cat's name was Bombell and she was tabby if u remember u probably were there and didn't even help her. You are to blame. No NOT bring your Pets here they are unprofessional and don't care about animals at all‼️ Some are new and untrained‼️

I have been bringing my pet here for almost ten years sorry to see Jo has left however the vet he saw today was brilliant. I do think their costs keep increasing quickly a few weeks back it was 48 now almost 60 and overpriced compared to other vets locally by 30 percent. Care is very good but the prices rising is making it unaffordable hence my the 3 stars

not worth making appointments at this place because when our kitten needed neutering recently the way it was handled was not acceptable and caused allot of inconvenience for us and for the kitten we own.

We have been using Vets for Pets since we moved into the area in 2016 with our cat. They have always been lovely with us when we took him in, unfortunately he was killed in an RTA this summer & Vets For Pets were so brilliant with the whole process. The small things they did after his passing will always be remembered!
