In the latest reviews available to us, owners most often describe smooth, low-stress routine visits—especially for anxious dogs—including a vaccination appointment where staff accommodated a dog that would not allow a male vet to handle him. Our dog needed vaccinating and will not allow a male vet to touch him. Unfortunately, the female vet at Halesowen is on maternity leave and so we had to travel to St. George's in Sedgley. Both the receptionist and female vet were excellent and attended to my dogs needs extremely competently, as he gets very anxious in these situations. Highly recommended.
