In recent reviews, owners often mention vets taking time to explain procedures and what will happen, and one reviewer describes the team doing “everything possible” to help a previously stray cat stay healthy. We had two appointments here costing nearly £100 each because our dog was pulling a strange face, both times told it was a sign of pain due him recently hurting his leg. Two weeks later he died because of untreated epilepsy, we showed the emergency vets the same videos and they said it was obvious he was showing signs of epilepsy.
